http://bhah.homeip.net:192/Group Files/fcgerman balloons.rar set a vehicle on the ground under the balloon, get it's altitude, then make the low waypoint that altitude +40m. Set high waypoint to whatever you want the balloon to be, and radius of complex trigger to whatever you want. Appears they did not attach a flare gun to these balloons, or I am doing something wrong, but have yet to get one to shoot off a flare when I approached.
