If there are pilots out there who do not own FC, then will not spend any time considering making FC missions. And I'm a bit leery of "no true bombers" ... most of the bombing was done by single-engine bombers near the front (there is a capable example on each side right now - Halbersstadt CL.II and the BrisFit).
