My mission creation is not a teamwork building exercise. What the participants do IN the mission is what is important. I find that I am quite capable of creating a mission that works, and I've also found that spending time trying to do things by committee achieves nothing but wasting time I simply do not have. As far as I am concerned, there is only a single person who has a say in the missions I create, and that is myself. I've also yet to have a bad experience with the missions I have created, and have yet to have anyone tell me they didn't enjoy them. The only bad experiences I have had, if they could be called bad, is the intellectual masturbation that occurs when others who don't understand the vision I have for the mission or the reasons i do things the way I do. I have however been witness to what happens when others have tried that approach ;) The sim genre is too full of the anal retentive for me to even consider involving someone else in what i create, i just don't want the aggravation.
